Thirst Bar Oxford is a gem nestled away from the High Street, on Park End Street. We are just 5 minutes walk from Oxford Park End Train Station and about a 10 minute walk from the University of Oxford.
We have three distinct areas — our main bar as you walk in has a huge selection of drinks and booth and table seating. Adjacent is the opulent chill-out lounge perfect for bookings, and we have a large heated and covered outdoor terrace with comfy seating and its own bar. We keep all areas open until 3am from Monday to Saturday (and some Sundays — keep an eye on our What's On page).
We love our spontaneous crowd and accept walk-ins but we always recommend bookings and especially on a weekend as we get super busy. You can book here.
We are perfect for birthdays and celebrations as you can book tables and areas via our booking form. We usually like to keep our doors open for regulars on most nights but if you have a special event, we do consider exclusive hire of the whole venue — but you have to be swanky. We are too cute to be in the kitchen. We are much more about concocting great drinks.
That's like asking our age. We can't possibly tell but we are keen to hear yours — choose from cocktails, mocktails, spirits and top quality wines, beers and ales.
We are always looking for great people to join our team. If you like late nights and high energy and you're good with people — send us an email. If we don't have any vacancies, we keep your details on file for when we do.
We have a large private space for outside drinks. Equipped with its own bar, heating and covering to insure against the reputable English weather, you can enjoy delicious drinks outside on our terrace anytime. If you close your eyes you can pretend you are abroad.
If you are in the know, it's a time once a day when you can impress your friends and enjoy our award winning cocktails at a stupidly cheap price. It's even more stupid than our Happy Hour (which is also pretty stupid). See our What's On page for details.

We love individuality and style and we are relaxed, but we do appreciate an effort. No sportswear or gym wear please.
We get that plans change so please let us know 24 hours in advance, any less and we have to keep the deposit.
At Thirst Oxford we have live DJs every night. Not to boast but our DJs thrive on filling the floor so they play to the crowd. Music varies. We also host special themed events from time to time so check out our What's On page or follow us on socials.
